Join us to make your contribution.This is a senior position, where the sourcing manager needs to support Employee Services (HR, Travel and Contingent Labor throughout AGCO’s manufacturing plants in EME) in Indirect Purchasing. Defines and manages complex, high value projects within the region. Strong project management and negotiation skills are required as a basis. Other sourcing managers, site buyers, and/or stakeholders will be involved in these projects, as supporting team members, so a good team working attitude is essential.Your Impact:Leads Strategic Sourcing Projects: Initiates and manages complex regional and global Indirect Purchasing projects, specifically for Employee Services (HR, Travel and Contingent Labor) commodities, with a strong understanding of site budgets and supply bases.Develops & Executes Sourcing Strategies: Defines and implements commodity strategies in collaboration with Global Commodity Managers and senior business unit leaders to identify optimal sourcing opportunities.Manages Cross-Site & International Initiatives: Drives cross-site/regional projects involving multiple stakeholders and independently handles complex international negotiations and tenders (RFP, RFQ, RFI).Leverages Tools & Industry Expertise: Utilizes Indirect Purchasing tools like Sourcing Pipeline, e-Sourcing, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass possessing essential manufacturing field experience and knowledge of factory-specific requirements.Reports & Influences Stakeholders: Creates comprehensive reports, business cases, and presentations for senior management, effectively representing Indirect Purchasing and contributing to the development of new strategies and processes.Your Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant FieldMinimum 6 years’ experience in Indirect Purchasing and experience in the manufacturing field is a plus.English language is a must, and German and/or French as a secondary language is highly desirableAnnual saving targets EME to achieve and experience in Commodity strategy- KPI’sHighly proficient in Excel for data analysis, possessing strong negotiation, influencing, and people skills.Your Benefits:Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme and reimbursement of commuting expensesCafeteria system with additional elements you can pick from
