The role holder will partner with the development team & Process Owners to align the development efforts with the overall vision, goals, and priorities of Time and Attendance.How you’ll make an impact

  • You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of selected Time and Attendance systems within the organisation
  • The incumbent will analyse processes, capture business and system requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective utilisation of the Time and Attendance platforms
  • The role holder will be encouraged to support the delivery of high-quality Time and Attendance solutions which are aligned with business needs by working closely with Process Owners, People Tech Members and Tech specialists, as well as external vendors
  • Assist product team with setting strategy, vision, and roadmap for Time and Attendance, with focus on UKG WFM Pro
  • Support in development of testing strategy and testing scripts
  • Collaborate with process owners to acquire vital inputs to update the product to support process or policy changes

What you bring

  • Strong understanding of Time and Attendance processes, with a focus on UKG WFM Pro
  • Experience working with outsourced models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and strong data leadership skills to support business needs
  • Proficiency in English for clear communication with global teams and customers
  • Previous experience in a Product Analyst or similar role, with knowledge of HR operating models and Time and Attendance solutions (e.g., UKG WFM Pro, Ceridian Dayforce, SAP, Workday)
