Job description

Our team is seeking Product Design Engineers (Mechanical Engineers) who have the drive and commitment to deliver the highest quality next generation consumer electronics product to market and do it in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Product Design Engineer, you will own detailed CAD design, and mechanical integration, as well as be responsible for stewarding subsystem level designs through the ideation, design, manufacturing, and assembly process. You will provide detailed evaluation of subsystems based on agreed upon design metrics and engineering best practices. This will require working in partnership with various cross functional teams including Industrial Design, Electrical Engineers, System Engineering, Tooling, Reliability, Operations as well as a range of other external partners. You will be required to develop an understanding of our partners’ needs and provide solutions that are inclusive of them. You will be expected to bring an advanced technical background in engineering fundamentals as well experience in the product development processes and manufacturing, to aid the team in navigating the trade-offs between robust design, product cost, and time to market.
