You will report directly to the Vice President of E-Commerce Product and will have the product responsibility for the Stay Tribe within the E-Commerce division.

The mission of the Discover Tribe is to attract qualified users to our site all.com and our mobile applications at minimal cost, and to engage members of our loyalty program with personalized and contextualized commercial offers highlighting our destinations, brands, partner ecosystem, and all the benefits associated with the loyalty program.

The product scope includes notably the homepage of the site and apps (several million sessions) with a significant focus on SEO, commercial offers, and all thematic pages.

You will lead teams of CMS, Web, and Apps Product Owners and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Design, Tech team, SEO, Data, etc.) and external parties to ensure alignment of company objectives and customer satisfaction.

Your mission:

Strategy and Vision:

  • Define the vision, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and strategy for your product portfolio in alignment with Accor’s and Web Direct’s overall goals and in collaboration with other Tech, Design, and Business leaders of the Discover Tribe.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological developments to anticipate necessary evolutions (Generative AI, SEO, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).

Product Portfolio Management:

  • Drive the complete product lifecycle of e-commerce products, from conception to market launch.
  • Work closely with development, design, analytics, experimentation, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
  • Ensure that products comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Strengthen, recruit, and motivate a team of Product Owners and e-commerce specialists.
  • Develop the team’s skills and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Manage product development budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Enhance employer branding and contribute to Accor’s visibility in the digital and product ecosystem.

Internal and External Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with different departments (Business, regions, brands, marketing, partnerships, loyalty, customer service, etc.) to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Establish close relationships with your counterparts in Design, Tech, Business within the Tribe, and with counterparts in other E-Commerce and Product Tribes of the Digital & Business Factory.
  • Maximize the value of your products and your team’s work within Accor and externally.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Drive your product portfolio by business and user value.
  • Monitor and improve product performance and identify areas of value and improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on product progress and effectiveness.
  • Establish and track KPIs to assess and improve product performance.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in a management role (managing a minimum of 5 direct reports).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies, ideally in E-Commerce.
  • Strong business acumen, with proven experience in commercial animation of digital offers and promotions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies and product methodologies (discovery, delivery, FOCUSED, GIST, double diamond, OST).
  • Expertise in Web, App, and CMS, and an understanding of technical issues in SEO, Web, CMS (ideally Adobe Experience Manager), and Apps (iOS, Android).
  • Expertise in SEO and bringing qualified organic traffic (search, metasearch, maps search).
  • Deep understanding of the E-Commerce and/or hospitality sector.
