Your Impact

-Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation. Conducting product, sales and driver training, within the FENDT sales region Central Europe.

-Presenting FENDT combine harvesters and advising customers during individual demonstrations and field day demonstrations together with our distribution partners.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enabling dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image. 
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Supporting dealers / end customers with initial use of machines in the field as well as machine optimisation within the harvesting season.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.   
 

Your Experience and Qualifications
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/ experience.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Detailed product knowledge about combine harvesters
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques. 
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts.
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Strong communication skills and assertiveness. Very good knowledge of English, 2
nd
 language beneficial. High willingness to travel.
