Apply today!Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development, positioning, and commercial success . In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet industry demands and deliver exceptional value to our clients.Responsabilities:

• Developing the annual marketing strategy and plans for the brands and proposing them to the top management.
• Elaborating and proposing product launch strategy;
• Regularly monito and report market information regarding consumers, products and market trends
• Regularly monitor and report market share evolution for the brands and propose actions to improve performance.
• Plan, manage and track marketing budget, by ensuring the effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Training of the detailing and sales team for the products in the portfolio
• Elaborating of detailing scenarios and Vs structure
• Lead the development of marketing materials and campaigns and ensuring compliance with manufacturer, company policies and industry regulations.
• Keep close connections with HCP and contribute to the management of a collaborative relationship with key opinion leaders
• Organizing brand participation to internal and external medical events, including materials and presentations.
• Develop media (TV, digital, radio etc) strategy and plans and regularly track performance in collaboration with media agency to achieve brand objective.
• Collaborate closely with sales and detailing team , proving best support for the field promotional activity
• Participating in the department regular meetings and in the business reviews with the manufacturer and preparing the analysis required for the brands evolutions
• Share market best practices with CEE marketing team and top management.

.Requirements:

• Education level : higher _ completed ( human medicine or pharmacy is an advantage )
• Foreign languages : English, professional use preferred
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Work experience _ necessary – the experience previously in a similar position for at least 3 years
• The role is located in Hungary_Budapest

Minimum skills required:

• Ability to fast accumulate knowledge and information in regards to the scientifical information
• Proactivity and creativity
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Very good presentation skills
