opportunity to work in the Cardiometabolic Marketing team of an innovative pharmaceutical company,Zadania

• supporting strategy and goals for Cardiometabolic brands,
• partnering with cross-functional team members and agency partners to execute customer solutions,
• engaging cross-functionally with Field Force (FF), Omni-Channel Engagement (OCE), Medical, Compliance and Legal, to implement solutions,
• being an expert on internal processes to independently deliver on brand tactics and activities,
• identifying in x-functional collaboration innovative customer solutions/activities,
• managing project budgets,
• analyzing sales and OCE data to take decisions,

Oczekujemy

• over 3 years’ experience in innovative pharma, with at least 2 years in brand management,
• strong knowledge of full marketing mix, especially digital channels,
• proven ability to execute customer plans and communicate with stakeholders,
• experience working with Scientific Associations and Key Opinion Leaders,
• skilled in implementing brand solutions and tactics,
• proactive “can-do” attitude,
• good analytical and creative thinking skills,
• strong time and project management; able to handle multiple projects,
• excellent communication and presentation skills,
• good english language skills (B2-C1),
• bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;
