Our client works at the heart of the global travel industry and provides the technology that keeps the travel sector moving. We’re currently expanding our team, and we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager with a strong foundation in the travel and airline industry, ideally with hands-on experience using Amadeus solutions. If you have a background in software engineering and have worked closely with tools like RefX, DAPI, or other Amadeus services, that’s a big plus!In this role, your primary focus will be to bridge the gap between technology and customer needs, working closely with stakeholders to build, improve, and manage innovative solutions in the travel tech space. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and external partners will be key to your success.Project information:

Project scope:

• Drive the development and evolution of products using Amadeus systems and APIs
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert in airline and travel technologies
• Provide leadership in defining product vision and roadmap based on customer and market insights
• Stay current with developments in the travel tech space, especially Amadeus tools and services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role in the travel or airline industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Some background in software engineering or technical product development
• Experience working with Amadeus products (especially RefX, DAPI, or other relevant services) is a strong advantage
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to have:

• Direct experience with Amadeus integration projects
• Background in customer support or customer success in a B2B environment
