Product Manager User Privacy and User dataAnd are you eager to work on quality of data sources serving our end user products?Are you a customer focused product manager?About our TeamThis team Leads the business development team and may manage a small business unit with responsibility for budgets and profitability | Performs two or more staff functions such as Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Records Management, Materials Management, Security or Facilities ManagementAbout the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will own a product feature and lead the product execution. Prioritizing and communicating production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution. Owning the development plan and representing the feature within the Product Management team. You’ll also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a comprehensive plan for user privacy and data management. This plan must adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and compliance, to define and implement privacy features and data management solutions.
• Researching and studying trends of other software companies and other competitors.
• Collaborating with the GDPO.
• Staying up-to-date with evolving privacy laws and regulations, and proactively recommend necessary changes to policies and procedures.
• Conducting user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and expectations regarding privacy and data management.
• Establishing and monitoring user privacy and data management KPIs. It also involves regularly reporting KPI progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, with a focus on user privacy and data management.
• Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering privacy-related features and enhancements.
• Familiarity with identity systems and their role in user data management.
