Hello! At Factorial we’re looking for a new **Onboarding Specialist for the DACH Market to help us boost the company to the next level. **Ready to be part of the challenge? Being a crucial part of Product, the **Onboarding Specialist team is responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing and ensuring the **usage of the platform to its fullest, and **gathering customers’ feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be **fully adapted to the client’s needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.****The Role

• **Onboard our new **DACH customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
• **Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
• **Understand our client’s problems and **needs and gather their feedback.
• **Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market.

**Your Profile

• **German expert speaker and professional English.
• **Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial.
• **Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it’s easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.
• **Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients.
• **Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
• **Previous experience in Customer related roles. But don’t hesitate, with attitude it’s just about learning, isn’t it?
• Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
