NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Product Owner. As our new colleague you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team within the constraints of Tribe goals and business strategy.Responsibilities:

• Translates the tribe strategy and vision to squad-level in collaboration with Product manager
• Defines squad level KPIs
• Defines sprint goals, sets the target for each iteration
• Ensures plans are always up-to-date based on the latest status of progress delivery
• Collects and prioritizes Backlog items which define priorities of daily tasks of squad members
• Manage dependencies with other initiatives / programs on squad level
• Formulate clear objectives and key results for the squad
• Manages risks and impediments, including tracking and escalation
• Understands and clarifies customer needs
• Defines, creates user stories
• Keeps the backlog clean and ensures the high quality of the Product Backlog
• Together with the squad refines and improves User Stories

What matters to us:

• At least 2-5 years of previous experience as a Program Manager/Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst
• University or College degree
• A proven track record of outstanding execution, strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Deep knowledge of insurance products
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and engage stakeholders
• A solid understanding of technology and its application within the business context
• Knowledge of analytical skills and prioritization methodologies
• Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Structured thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
