From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.Job DescriptionIn a nutshellAs a Product Manager, you will be delivering our Central Laboratory Information Management System product roadmap.Where will you be based and what business will you support?Based in Dublin, Ireland; you will join our globally distributed Clinical LIMS Europe Program that will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe.Eurofins endeavours to develop all of our software applications in-house to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day, the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient, wherever he or she lives, has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis, monitoring and therapeutic decisions. Such activities require extensive planning and organisation which can be augmented by the use of technology.How can you help us?You will:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams;
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals;
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities;
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

QualificationsAre you our kind of extraordinary?You have

• 7 + years of experience as an IT product owner/manager;
• Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, Trello or JIRA;
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management;
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions;
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to understand and report KPIs to program and business leaders;
• The ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders;
• The ability to contribute to survey delivery and respond to feedback;
• Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), ATDD, UML or BPMN experience and proficiency in defining marketing strategies;
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline.

You are:

• A strong communicator while you interface with multiple stakeholders;
• Able to identify issues, escalate and propose solutions while capturing and understanding all relevant details.
• Target oriented and professional.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

What else should I know?The following skills are an advantage:

• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology;
• PMP and related certifications.
