Our client is a world leading organization, widely known as a great place to work. They have offices in both Dublin and Shannon and this role can be done in either office.About the PositionLead and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive alignment with the organization’s target operating model.Navigate complex business structures, proactively address challenges, and work autonomously to deliver results.Build and maintain strong business relationships, effectively managing expectations across teams.Balance business requirements with overall product strategy to ensure strategic alignment.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with a high level of accuracy.Develop a deep understanding of existing systems and applications to support future solutions.Provide high-level effort estimates to support program planning and decision-making.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Adhere to Agile methodologies, including SCRUM processes, to drive successful project execution.Coordinate with business users, developers, and testers to facilitate application testing and evaluation.
The CandidateProven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, and driving efficiencies in large-scale implementations.Hands-on experience working in large delivery programs.Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to take initiative.Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and maintaining strong team relationships.Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.Experience working remotely with distributed teams and multiple vendor partners.Ability to estimate effort and contribute to project planning.Experience in application support and training.Degree-level education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Technical & Functional SkillsProcess modeling (e.g., BPMN) to document and analyze business workflows.Strong knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.Familiarity with UX design principles is an advantage.Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.Experience with conceptual data modeling.Industry experience in leasing, financial services, or a related field is a plus.Remuneration PackageA very good rate is on offer, as is the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.Contact
