Our client, a rapidly expanding retail company, is looking for a Product Owner – Finance to drive the evolution of its financial systems and processes across Europe. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the finance domain.

Define and prioritize the finance product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Lead the continuous improvement of financial systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to identify needs and implement solutions.
Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical teams, translating financial needs into system functionalities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices across different European markets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.

Proven experience (2 – 5 years ideally) as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in finance-related projects.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems (ERP, accounting, reporting tools, etc.).
Experience working in a retail or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Fluent in French and English
