Your talent and skills are needed to successfully analyse the current processes and (re)consider new standards to enable Rabobank to enhance automation, reporting and controls in Service Management. You will be working with a broad selection of stakeholders from Senior MT members to Tribe leads, fellow Product Owners, Process Change/Run Owners and Business Analysts to provide guidance and promote the new framework/processes.You and your JobYou will be working in a squad of Business Analysts to define business rules and do analysis of the different Develop and Operate processes within Rabobank CITO. A close collaboration with two existing IT Service Management team is needed as they will be migrating to a new Service Management Platform in 2025. There is a big global standardization program called Standardize@Scale running at the moment and where this squad is playing a key role in defining and owning the develop and operate processes together with other process change owners and areas within plus outside the Tribe.Top responsibilities· Ensure a successful implementation of the CMS Framework 2.0 within Rabobank’s CITO organization· Drive the change within CITO by creating awareness through roadshows, provide advice/tooling for understanding what needs to be done, pro-active approach· Define Develop and Operate processes including process change/run owners· You will have ownership of the processes within our own Area and work closely together with the other processes change ownersTogether we achieve more than aloneCollaboration is at the heart of everything we do. This Area is responsible for creating the one central place for engineers within Rabobank.You and your talent· Strong project management/change skills (Academic Technical or Management background).· At least 3+ years of work experience as Project Manager / Product Owner· Knowledge & Experience in the field IT Service Management preferably with an Engineering background· Experience with establishing a product vision & roadmap to determine priorities and next steps (think first, act later).· Strong in stakeholder management and communication. Experience with dealing with a political landscape and aligning with senior management.· Strong analytical skills and experience in defining new processes· Ability to focus on the solution by continuously being in contact with stakeholders to determine their requirements, pro-actively seeking for ways to improve the solutions and by providing advice on possible solutions to stakeholders.· To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
