As a global team, consisting of employees from multiple countries, you will work with dedicated colleagues on the future of agriculture.The Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within a digital product team. The PO is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Product Management function, the PO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.Your Impact

  • Owns User Story planning, writing and refinement
  • Supporting the team in delivering Value and foster built-in quality
  • Contributes to the vision and roadmap of a Product
  • Own prioritization of product backlog to be continually aligned to business value
  • Balance stakeholder perspectives and proactive communication of the roadmap

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in software development or product management
  • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
  • Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is desirable
  • Experience with SAP integrated solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT departments and any level of management.

Your WorkplaceAGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
