While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.Currently we are looking for: Product OwnerYour responsibilities:

• Define and drive the development of one of Axpo’s key applications in close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.

• Leading IT projects within the product team and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Drive Scrum events, including Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review.

• Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, well-structured, and clearly understood by stakeholders.

• Align product capabilities with end-user needs to maximize value.

• Prepare functional specifications and verify developers’ work to ensure quality.

• Oversee the maintenance of several smaller applications as needed

Our requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in banking, finance, telecom, or energy sectors.

• Master’s degree in IT, ICT, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; outstanding academic achievements are a plus.

• Post-graduate education in product or project management (Agile and Waterfall methodologies) is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in managing teamwork in Jira and practical experience with Confluence.

• Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry is a plus (but not required).

• Fluent in Polish and conversational English.
