Therefore, we are currently looking for a Product Quality Assurance Specialist for our Space Systems, to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Team and RoleTerma produces mission-critical equipment where quality and reliability are of utmost importance. As part of the independent Q-function you will take a key role by preventing defects, ensuring compliance, and supporting on-time delivery of high reliability products to our customers.You will be part of our global QHSE function where we are 90 dedicated colleagues, and in your daily job you will be part of a small Quality Assurance (QA) team working with the Space Systems in Lystrup.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities include:

• Creation of project specific product quality assurance plans for space projects
• Attend product design, manufacturing, and qualification reviews internally and with customers
• Participate in the analysis of product non-conformities, lead technical investigations, and define corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee and approve product qualification and testing activities
• Participate in project review meetings with customers
• Responsible for project quality reporting in projects to customers
• Continuous improvements and updates of quality related documents and business processes
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in product design, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions

QualificationsThe key qualifications include:

• Engineering degree in electronics or experience from the electronics industry
• Experience from working with international projects and in a customer facing role
• Experience from product quality assurance and quality standards

You are able to communicate effortlessly across the entire value chain, and we require you to have strong oral and written English skills.Experience within any of the following, will be considered a plus (nice to have):

• Danish skills are an advantage
• Experience with quality analysis tools (8D, FMEA, Root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of standards used in Space industry is an advantage
• 5-10 years of experience
