Product Quality Engineer

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be in charge to support our main medical suppliers in order to monitor, improve and develop their quality and regulatory management.

Continuous improvement will be a key driver to support the strong and steady growth of our business

Scope of this position, will include the following responsibilities:

• Supplier audits and dedicated actions plan follow up
• Identify and fix quality and supply Chain issues with our OEM suppliers
• Develop and promote best practices of quality management
• Develop and support our main suppliers (quality management, supply chain organization..)
• Leading our process “OEM new products validation and modification”, including operational quality process
• Support quality controller in charge of Inbound Quality Control (IQC) in our Central DC, and lead mitigation quality actions (return flows, financial penalties, ….)
• Report Quality status, issues and main improvements and actions

• Instruments Sourcing Department, in charge of supplier you will have to deal with
• Marketing team, as part of new products introduction contribution
• Quality Department and Regulatory affair
• Instruments Supply Chain Department
• Instruments Logistic Department, hosting OEM IQC activities
• Instruments Central teams (Operation, R&D, Finances, Sales Admi, IT..

EXTERNAL : – OEM Suppliers (Worldwide perimeter),

• Logistics Suppliers (3PL)

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Educational Background in Engineering or Quality Management (Master degree)
• At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally for Medical Devices
• Strong problem solving skills, result oriented, facilitator and very structured
• Capacity to analyze and integrate products features and impacts of tests or quality results
• Knowledge of Medical Devices Regulation appreciated
