Summary:

As a Senior Product Specialist for SCM – Design, Operate & Service (f/m/d) you will collaborate closely with our internal and external business stakeholders providing solutions, channels & services to enable the large SCM Design, Operate & Service ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Product Success for S/4HANA Cloud Private and SCM, you will act as single point of contact for selected Design, Operate & Service topics. These topics will focus but are not limited to the following products: SAP Integrated Product Design, SAP Asset Performance Manager, SAP S/4HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling and SAP Field Service Management.

You will be part of a new and growing Product Success hub in Budapest, with colleagues from different units of the same organization.

The Role:

Direct Customer Engagement:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for focus customers, ensuring they optimize the use of our products and achieve success in their operations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
-Technical-functional counterpart for customer architects

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Work collaboratively with various internal functions, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Development, to align on customer success strategies.
-Coordinate efforts to deliver comprehensive solutions and facilitate seamless product experiences for customers.

Value Realization:

-Develop strategies and action plans to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.

Feedback Loop Creation:

-Structure and document knowledge gained from customer and partner interactions to create a dynamic feedback loop to inform Product Management and Development.
-Ensure insights are communicated effectively to drive product improvements and innovation.

Pattern Recognition and Influence:

-Identify common trends and patterns in customer requirements and collaborate with Product Management to integrate these insights into the product backlog.
-Facilitate prioritization of features and enhancements that align with customer needs and expectations.

Customer Escalation Management:

-Lead customer escalation processes, providing expertise and guidance to navigate challenges and demonstrate pathways to resolution.
-Maintain a proactive approach to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Upgrade Cycle Support:

-Support customers during regular upgrade cycles, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Development Collaboration:

-Partner with the Development team to provide real-world customer examples that aid in the design and enhancement of product features.

Contribute to the adoption initiative of the product success organization

Contribute to the roll in and roll out for Design, Operate & Service topics with a direct link to our development and product management team

Role Requirements:

-8+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or product management for Design, Operate & Service or Supply Chain topics
-Extensive knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology, as well as SAP BTP solutions/engines with an expertise in Design to Operate
-Proven track record in successfully delivering Design, Operate & Service projects or other customer facing programs
-Strong network of experts, including SAP partners and customers
-Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
-Fluent in English is a must, German and further languages are advantageous to better support the location of our content
-University degree, preferably in Business Information Technologies or Logistics or equivalent training and job experience.
