PE Global is currently recruiting for an Agency Clerical Staff position for a reputable Healthcare client based in Navan, Co Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly within the Health Service Executive (HSE). The role is a 35hr week with an admin team.**Please note – this job is only open to candidates who are living and working in Ireland**Key Responsibilities:

• Office Support: Provide general office support including answering queries and delivering a reception/telephone service.
• Documentation Management: Stay updated with relevant documentation and procedures.
• Data Management: Manage various data tasks such as maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating, and processing data.
• Clinic Coordination: Co-ordinate clinic appointments and manage diaries.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain and update databases accurately and efficiently.

Essential Experience:

• Healthcare Experience: Previous experience working in a similar clerical role within the Health Service Executive (HSE) is essential.
