Oversee the production process, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing resources, optimizing workflows, and maintaining quality standards to meet production targets. Passion and leadership to continue innovation and delivering high-quality products to our customers.Responsibilities:

• Manage performance and communication through hierarchical animation of teams to achieve excellence in service, quality and cost, ensuring full compliance with safety and legal regulation.
• Develop people and facilitate training plan to up-skill team and ensure right level of versatility and flexibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and smart plant journey as change management leader.

Main activities – What will you do?

• Spend 30-50% of the time on the shop floor, managing work-in-process and production queue control
• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
• Participate at the load / resource balance to secure a production schedule in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, lead time
• Lead the Animation loop with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with Schneider Production System requirements.
• Adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities in the Manufacturing execution systems systems
• Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility to adapt to demand and supply variations
• Contribute to the industrial and digital processes improvement.
• Participate at investment proposals, transverse projects & action plan at the plant level
• Can be Key-User of the Manufacturing Domain SAP system (PEX)

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Engineering or economical degree
• English and Hungarian language – intermediate level
• Digital competencies
• SAP knowledge advantage
