Our client, a leading name in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Production Team Lead to join their team in East Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with a background in manufacturing to take on a key role in supporting daily operations and driving quality, efficiency, and team performance.The RoleAs Production Team Lead, you will play a central role in the day-to-day management of the production floor.
