Production Team Leader

Location: Swords, Dublin

Responsibilities:

* Lead the team, ensuring performance and issue resolution.
* Implement schedules, allocate resources, and provide solutions for process improvements.
* Work with support functions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Manage employee rotation, multi-skilling, and cross-training.
* Achieve production goals and meet customer delivery dates.
* Promote continuous improvement through tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA.
* Foster positive employee relations and lead performance reviews.
* Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain consistent standards.

Qualifications:

* 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Self-motivated with leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Materials/Inventory planning systems and SAP.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Third-level qualification is an advantage.
