- Roadmap leadership: Shape and manage product roadmaps, with a strong focus on automating fulfillment processes and delivering AI-powered customer solutions.
- Stakeholder engagement: Align goals and priorities across teams by fostering transparent communication and balancing stakeholder needs.
- Collaboration across functions: Facilitate refinement sessions and work closely with development teams to keep project tasks organized and progressing smoothly in Jira.
- Problem resolution: Quickly address blockers in collaboration with security and DevOps teams to ensure timely and seamless feature deployments.
- Process design & optimization: Design and refine business processes for automated fulfillment, ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders and end-user needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Proven background as a Product Owner in telecom or digital services, with strong skills in back-end process optimization.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with telecom and digital solutions like VoIP and Microsoft365; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Project management & coordination: Demonstrated ability to maintain product roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Tool proficiency: Skilled in Jira for project and team coordination.
- Problem-solving expertise: Adept at resolving issues in collaboration with security and DevOps teams to drive project success.
- Process design: Experienced in creating automated business processes within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
- Language skills: Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Travel flexibility: Open to occasional travel (1-3 times per year) to Rwanda for collaborative sessions with engineering teams.
