• Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
• Monitors all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
• Schedules, prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
• May coordinate and establish travel arrangements.
• Manages in-and outbound correspondence.
• Manages Edu tool for internal Training
• Manages administrative tool to support CS team (i.e. request of order for consumable, etc,)
• Manages integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
• Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Your expertise:

• Consolidate experience in the same role in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• High discretion and social intelligence.
• High organization and planification capabilities.
• High communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fast problem-solving abilities.
• Good team player and respectful of diversity.
• Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
