• Strategic Decision Support: Prepare high-level decision making materials, summaries, analyses and reports for IT senior management. Facilitate the preparation of organizational changes with collaborating other departments (such as HR, Finance, ODCG, etc.), conduct the preparation and visualization of data, ensures proper materials are created by the different suborganizations, extract complex information into clear insights.
• Project Management Excellence: Lead and oversee strategic projects, including IT strategical projects. Support the creation and implementation of Group IT Transformation program by coordination of selected projects.
• Innovation and Engagement: Design and execute initiatives like innovation contests and cross-functional events to foster creativity and collaboration. Actively participate to revitalize the IT community
• Corporate Communication: Develop targeted communication tools and manage stakeholder relations to support the organization’s strategic messaging. Manage the preparation, communication and execution of selected regular and ad-hoc events relevant for key stakeholders (internal and external) and IT community.
• Other: Prepare meeting minutes and follow up actions of IT Management meetings. Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization, assist in organizing events, fostering collaboration within the team.

Main requirements:

• Educational Background: University/College degree in IT, economics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:

• 3+ years in corporate environments, in strategic decision-making or management support roles.
• Proven track record in project management, including cross-functional and high-stakes initiatives.
• Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and in English. (Slovakian or Croatian language skills are advantage.)
• Advanced PowerPoint, Office 365 proficiency; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint online, Yammer, data visualization. Thinkcell knowledge is an advance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
• In order to be successful in this position you need to be in possession of self-confident appearance, exceptional initiative, assertiveness and talent for collaboration across departments and countries
