What you will do:

• Forge High-Value Relationships – Engage with key decision-makers in the IT and professional services sectors, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Drive New Business Growth – Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients, expanding our reach in the competitive IT recruitment landscape.
• Strengthen Client Partnerships – Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and repeat business.
• Lead the Sales Process – Book and attend client meetings, progressively taking charge of negotiations and closing high-value deals.
• Deliver Strategic Talent Solutions – Partner closely with our Recruitment Team to provide tailored workforce solutions that align with client needs.
• Master the Full Sales Cycle – Develop expertise in every stage of the sales process, from prospecting and outreach to deal closure and account management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 months sales experience (Essential)
• Exceptional communication in the English market
• Ideally, experience selling a service
• Bachelor’s Degree – (Desired)
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
