Que fait le Professionnel de maintenance Filières H/F ?

• Participer au nettoyage des filières Films et Barrier

• Remontage suivant procédure et besoin, défini par le plan de marche.

• Gamme de maintenance préventive sur filières coating et substrat

• Gestion des flux physique de filières propres / sales

• Suivre / renseigner la traçabilité des équipements sur lignes

• Connaissance du fonctionnement du four de nettoyage

• Préparation et mise en chauffe des filières sur banc SMED ou table élévatrice suivant consignes de sécurité.

• Entretien/maintenance outillages pneumatiques, hydrauliques, électriques, et manuels de l’atelier (tendeur hydraulique SKF, clé à chocs, touret à meuler, clé dynamométrique, outils antidéflagrants, etc…).

Profil

• Connaissance maintenance 1er niveau.

• Expertise et suivi périodique sur l’état du matériel utilisé (plateaux, section PVdC, etc…)

• Connaissance des différents stacking Films et Barrier en fonction des produits fabriqués
