What we are looking for You have completed a relevant university degree as well as a qualified doctorate and a habilitation or additional research/academic achievements as an equivalent. You have a passion for innovation, extensive experience in digital teaching for our MBA, M.Sc. and B.Sc. study programs and proven methodological and didactic skills. You have extensive experience in working with interdisciplinary (research) teams and in acquiring third-party funding. You show team spirit, have strong intercultural skills and are willing to actively participate in a dynamic, agile, and international team and play a key role in shaping the development of a new type of university. You are characterized by initiative, flexibility, »thinking outside the box«, a passion for new technologies and the urge to break through traditional structures. We expect you to have an excellent command of English and be adept at using all digital tools.
