Institut Mines-Télécom Business School is seeking one highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated experience in teaching (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) and a research experience in Economics (Business Analytics & Data, Digital Experimentation, A/B testing, Artificial Intelligence and LLM, DD&RS) to fit into the research themes of iLab IDEAL. The candidate will conduct and lead research activities within the laboratory, jointly with the Evry University – UEVE, Laboratoire en Innovation, Technologies, Économie et Management – LITEM (EA 7363) :

• Axis 1: “Digital, praxis and responsibility” and
• Axis 2: “Innovation, markets and organisations”.

Level of training and / or experience required:

The ideal candidate will have a PhD, a HDR (Habilitation to Lead Research) or international equivalent, significant teaching and research experience in an academic or industrial laboratory with significant and recent publications in classified and leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at international level (list of ABS – Chartered Association of Business Schools) and national level (lists of HCERES and FNEGE).

He or she will have demonstrated the ability to lead and manage research teams and be able to teach in French and English.
