vHive is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and spearhead the delivery of Program Manager in EMEA. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of multiple programs and projects across various countries in the EMEA region concurrently.Stakeholder Communication: Responsible for all delivery-related communications, ensuring coordination with the Account Manager to maintain a consistent messaging strategy to stakeholders who are peers in the delivery process.Risk Management: Proactively identify risks related to project scope. Develop comprehensive mitigation strategies and maintain an agile approach to manage and adapt to risks as they arise.Regulatory and Standards Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the program, particularly those involving third-party vendors in the field, adhere to the client’s compliance requirements as well as industry-specific standards and local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous compliance throughout the program lifecycle.Detailed Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide detailed reports to both senior management and the client, detailing progress and comparing it against established KPIs and benchmarks. Use data-driven insights to refine project strategies and enhance performance continuously.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives.
  • Evaluate feasibility and represent the Operations department during the sales process, supporting the Sales team in committing to a realistic and achievable program.
  • Effectively manage and monitor the delivery timeline, ensuring the timely completion of critical milestones and deliverables.
  • Oversee field operations deliveries, managing relationships with companies providing drone pilots responsible for surveying geographically dispersed sites across the region.
  • Apply industry best practices and project management methodologies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during the course of projects.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and business development, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders, keeping them well-informed about project status, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors (DSP) and third-party service providers (MSP), ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with external partners to optimize service delivery and performance.
  • Consistently utilize defined project management tools and standards while actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging the sharing of lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering programs and projects in EMEA, with a proven ability to manage multiple projectsconcurrently.
  • Prior experience in field operations deliveries and effectively overseeing teams of remote contractors.
  • Recent strong Telecom experience is an advantage

  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with an Account Manager, ensuring clear and consistent project messaging.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to perform detailed reporting and performance analysis, driving project strategies and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply industry best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to navigate complex situations with composure and determination.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative individual with an open mind and a strong willingness to contribute to a growing team, enhancing its relevance and positively impacting customers’ perception of our products.
  • Fluency in English, Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
