Our team culture values innovation, collaboration, and quality, aspiring to deliver high-quality experiences for our customers.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Show clear leadership and take responsibility for your program, by taking responsibility for the delivery and completion of programs, launching new innovative solutions to the market.Oversee engineering teams and manage complex global programs, covering Technology, Development, Quality, and Operations – from concept to market launch.Collaborate with Product Management to meet customer needs and company strategy, ensuring quality, time-to-market, best customer experience, cost efficiencies and maximized business values.Design and plan the program and thoroughly monitor progress, track program KPIs, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate corrective action.Oversee interactions with external partners, in relation to integrated systems.Collaborate with experts and project managers for alignment.Collaborate closely across the global organization.To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:Have a MSc. in Engineering or other similar and relevant educationHave an engineering background and ability to understand complex technical design and architectures, given our product systems are highly innovative and technically complex.Have 5+ years of experience in managing complex large programsHave software experience and experience in delivering complex systems, operating in a MS Teams/ Zoom type operating eco system.Have the collaboration skills needed to effectively bring people together to find great solutions.Have the skills to facilitate teamwork among project groups and in leading professionals.Have change management abilities to oversee and pilot constantly process improvements.Are innovative and quality-focusedHave a commercial mindset to understand customer needs to maximize company valueHave efficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.It is beneficial to have experience with external development partners and familiarity with SAFe/Agile methods.We encourage you to applyWe highly value a mindset and motivation that aligns with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.We are focused on an inclusive recruitment processAll applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.
