This role is part of a growing programme administration team located in Digital Education, providing course administration support to the portfolio of online programmes we support working in close liaison with college academic and professional teams.

The postholder will undertake a range of specialised administrative activities that contribute to the effective and efficient operation of a section/service within the overall department and will enable delivery of an excellent student experience by offering excellent services to Colleges.

The postholder will ideally have experience in course administration in higher education, data management and is confident in the use of and development of spreadsheets to manage student and financial data.

The postholder will need to be able to work independently and use their initiative and be comfortable in interacting with others, as the role involves extensive collaboration with University colleagues in academic departments and professional services.
