Surrounded by some of the best Reward specialists in the industry, you’ll bring your own ideas to the business – helping to shape the experience of our customers as part of a forward-thinking team.Working within Total Rewards team, this role will help deliver major Reward Transformation programmes and projects that are critical to Total Rewards strategic objectives. Programme Manager is accountable for setting the programme framework, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programmes and projects that are aligned with People & Culture significant technology initiatives and business goals.
