Programme Officer – Advocacy & Influencing (INT10040)

Do you have a passion for transboundary advocacy and influencing activities towards an inclusive and accountable water governance system?

Do you have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in implementing project activities at local and national levels?

Do you have a graduation-level degree in Disaster Management, Geography, Journalism, Environmental Science, Social Science, or a subject closely related to environment and climate change?

Do you have a sound understanding of Bangladesh’s context of climate change’s impact on riparian communities?

The Role:

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate cooperation among stakeholders related to the governance of transboundary rivers in the Ganges – Brahmaputra – Meghna River basins. This includes collaboration with multi-stakeholders from the government, private sector, civil society, and grassroots communities.
