Retrofit Project/ Program Manager Based in Manchester
Office Based
£45,000 – £60,000 + Training + Progression + BonusesAre you a retrofit Project/ Program manager looking to join a company that rewards its employees through an excellent package with fantastic bonuses and premium rates of overtime?This company will allow you to advance your career as well as gain a foothold in the renewable energy and retrofit sector.This company is expanding its division and requires a retrofit coordinator to take responsibility for the overall management and delivery of energy assessments within the residential sector.The Role:

• Project managing and protecting the client and public from start to finish about planning, organizing, and managing the project.
• Ensuring domestic retrofit projects are safe, high-quality, and perform to their maximum potential.
• Providing consultants and contractors with informed advice and support.
• Providing clients with assurance that project risks are being effectively managed and quality is being maintained.
• Initial and ongoing risk assessment for each project.
• Completion of client report, carbon calculations, medium-term plan, and options appraisal.
• Undertake post-construction evaluation to determine overall success and ensure that lessons are learned for future projects.

The Person:

• Level 5 Retrofit Co-ordinator or experience managing retrofit projects
• Experience in the Housing sector
