You will manage access and onboarding processes, oversee budget management, and prepare essential materials for project calls and events. • Collaborate with team members to support diverse project tasks and objectives.
• Facilitate access management and onboarding for new employees, while coordinating the resolution of technical issues.
• Manage project budgets by creating forecasts and analyzing actuals versus budget using globally recognized tools.
• Prepare and organize materials for project calls, meetings, and events.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of new tools within the IT Finance scope.
• Support the change management stream by arranging training sessions for participants at various organizational levels.
• Engage with stakeholders across different regions to foster effective communication and collaboration.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (advanced/proficient level).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with a solid understanding of finance controlling activities.
• Quick learner with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a project support role is a plus, with a basic understanding of project management methodology.
