What you’ll do: Oversee all project works, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.Develop and implement one- and five-year lifecycle plans, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.Handle budgets, cost calculations, and reporting with precision.Ensure projects meet CDM, HTM, HBN, and other relevant standards.Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and in-house teams. For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What you bring:Essential: We’re looking for a highly motivated professional with: A recognized engineering qualification (C&G, BTEC, ONC, or HNC).In-depth knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, CDM Regulations, and PFI contracts.Strong experience in project and lifecycle management, including budgetary control.Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with energy and building management systems.A customer-focused mindset with proven people management expertise.
