Using our template-based methodology, we sprint through the implementation at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties. Win-win.But ERP… what the hell is it?Don’t be intimidated – IT is not as IT as you think. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated financial system that connects a company’s key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set: We sell the whole set, and we’ve even built over half of it in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you’re all set!Your roleAs a Project Assistant, your main task is to make life easier for our project managers, product specialists and architects, while gaining practical experience on the product and project side of our company. Your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging:

• Assist in content production: Produce content for our customers, like videos or other micro-learning contents (e.g. writing customer-facing support articles and help guides).
• Assist in developing product methodologies: Help define our new Product & Methodology department by developing new tools and methods for implementing faster ERP solutions for our customers.
• Assist with our Sprint Academy: Manage setup, maintenance and quality assurance of Sprint Academy (our customer-facing e-learning platform).
• Work with automation and AI: Feed our new support chatbot with data or create Academy videos in different languages via AI.
• Assist on customer projects: Manage calendar coordination, task follow-up, project documents and maintain DevOps (our project management tool).

You won’t be handling everything alone—you’ll join a team of student assistants who collaborate and share tasks, so you’ll have the chance to tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.Who you (might) beWe don’t expect you to come with 5 years of work experience and we don’t need to see your grades. But it’s definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. related to project management, business, finance or IT).
• You are able to work around 15 hours per week (with flexibility around exam periods).
• You have a high level of English, both written and spoken.
• You have a flair for IT and know your way around the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in multimedia design, video production or graphic design is a plus, but not a requirement.

Tobias can help you secure your next olive tree, and Karen is the master of sourdough—her baking skills might just convince you to start your own starter. Sofie is the team’s early bird, always bringing the morning motivation (even before your first cup of coffee) and Laura is our resident crafty genius, constantly working on new jewellery or knitting something impressive. Oh, and you’ll also get to work with the industry’s brightest product architects and consultants as well as our customers.What we offer
