Role Responsibilities:

* Spearhead project control and planning for groundbreaking global expansion, aligning with the company’s mission to pioneer battery materials.
* Lead the development and integration of battery materials production plants, essential to the EV supply chain.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leverage cutting-edge software to propel the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

* Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related applied sciences, allowing you your expertise in a high-impact environment.
* Have 7-10 years of experience as a Project Control & Planning Manager or within PMO structures, with at least 5 years in the Automotive (APQP) or Materials/Mining industry.
* Demonstrate proficiency in project scheduling software like Primavera P6 and Planisware, offering a chance to excel in managing complex industrial projects.
