Job Title: Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager
Location: Clevedon
Salary: Up to £28-32,000 starting rate with scope for salary progression and professional development
Employment: Full time permanent
Working week: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Hybrid Working: Available 1-2 days per week after probationAre you looking to work as a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager ?My client are looking to expand their operational engineering team with a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to help support the operations in an office based capacity.In this role you will be based from an office in Clevedon and there is scope for some hybrid working after 3-6 month and you are confident in the position with process and procedures.You will be reporting into and supporting a Project manager working with supporting a team of field engineers.Typically tasks you will perform are:– Managing and coordinating field engineers – Eg assigning work flows and projects
– Liaising with clients on site team progress
– Managing H&S RAMS – Risk Assessment Method Statements ensuring these are completed and in place for site teams
– Equipment and fleet management of the site engineers
– Email box management responding to client and engineer queriesThis role offers progression with the long term view for you step up into a Project Manager position.This role would be well suited for someone who has experience of any of the below:– Diary Management
– Scheduling experience – eg booking in appointments or similar
– Has operational experience of coordinating internal staffThis role would suit someone who comes from a background such as, Assistant Project Manager, Coordination or scheduling, Personal Assistant, office / assistant office manager, junior management or similar background.On offer is a starting salary of £28-32,000 depending on experience and there is plenty of scope for salary progression and career development into a project manager role.An immediate start and interview is available for the right candidate, note if you have a 4 weeks notice period this can be accommodated.Please call Dave on 02393 876 003 once you have applied to discuss your application.#LI-JP1
