As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Project Portfolio Management team operating across multiple European locations. Ideally, you will be based in Copenhagen or Eschborn in a hybrid work setup (three days per week on-site).You will also play a key role in shaping and implementing robust business processes and governance within the Merchant Solutions (MS) organization. This role sits within the License to Operate team, part of Merchant Services. License to Operate ensures that core business activities meet regulatory, risk, and compliance standards and enabling sustainable growth.By actively interpreting and embedding compliance procedures, you will help execute strategic initiatives that support growth and profitability. You will collaborate with teams from Product Management, Schemes Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Supply Chain, and IT to drive efficient, end-to-end project execution.About Your Future Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution aligned with business goals

• Evaluate new project proposals with stakeholders, driving decisions through cost-benefit analysis

• Proactively manage risks and remove impediments to maintain project momentum

• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability

• Prioritize and manage local and cross-regional backlogs to align with key initiatives

• Provide clear, accurate reporting on project status, budgets, and milestones

• Collaborate with product, IT, compliance, and risk teams to execute high-impact initiatives

• Ensure end-to-end alignment through close coordination with Schemes, Compliance, Sales, Support, and other corporate functions such aslegal and Treasury
