Additionally, you bring:

  • Knowledge of the Ingka digital landscape and a good understanding of how products and services are connected together
  • Experience from managing digital solutions’ life-cycle; adapting and integrating standard solutions through external suppliers, based on prioritized requirements, in an agile way.
  • Understanding of dependencies between different business areas, their processes and the tools used
  • Knowledge of the customers’ whole interaction with Ingka Centres from first encounter to purchase – using digital and physical tools and platforms.
  • An in interest in how to create a place to meet, serve and entertain customers using digital and online tools and platforms
  • Project management and IT infrastructure deployment experience, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a background in software development or architecture preferred.
  • An agile mindset, open to change, and driven by creating simple, pragmatic solutions.

Key responsibilities (title) What you’ll be doing day to dayKey responsibilities (text) As a Project & Deployment Leader at Ingka Centres you will ensure effective and efficient deployment of digital products and IT infrastructure in a specific cluster, which is a set of markets/countries. You will also be ensuring a qualitative and efficient local IT support set up through SLAs (Service Level Agreements).You will be playing a crucial role liaising the product and infrastructure teams with the local Meeting Places and support teams. You will balance being part of a global team and still drive a local dialog.A typical day might involve:

  • Initiating and executing local projects if approved and prioritized in the global governance structure, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Leading or coordinating deployment of global products with product teams, Country Digital and Meeting Places.
  • Lead project members, foster a collaborative environment, and drive consistency in ways of working.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, and maintain vendor relations.
  • Lead the setup of local IT support, ensure service level agreements are met, and handle incident escalations.
  • Contribute to the performance in relation to set objectives & indicators and contribute to driving consistency in ways of working and toolset and proactively contribute to evolving the digital organization.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and work closely with other teams and stakeholders to understand and remove blockers.
