WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Proposes and implements the strategy defined by the project manager.
• Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area.
• Contributes to the definition of the objective and baseline values.
• Responsible for the costs (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the area for which he/she is responsible.
• In a context of delegated autonomy, manages external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners and subcontractors) of the area for which he/she is responsible.
• Contributes to contract management.
• Is able to understand each person’s role and responsibilities within the project.

Is positioned as head of the work package for which he/she is responsible or head of a team of approximately 4 people.

• In a context of delegated autonomy, manages internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement…) of the area for which he/she is responsible and alerts his/her hierarchical superiors where necessary.
• Concludes identified opportunities.
• Contributes to identifying and manages the risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.
• Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility.
• Contributes to the REX.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualification needed

Complete with the expected skills

Engineer or equivalent. Experience in conducting DB projects.
