Job description

You will be responsible for driving regional investment, environmental, and maintenance programs, while developing the capabilities of factory engineering teams. You’ll lead projects end-to-end-from concept to execution and operational support-leveraging Project Management and Early Management principles. You’ll also define and execute resource strategies and contribute to the development and application of engineering standards.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAPEX projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and execution.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Contractors) to deliver engineering solutions.
• Drive process improvements and manufacturing upgrades through capital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain site Master Plans and support long-term strategic planning.
• Apply Early Management and Vertical Start-Up (VSU) methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership in equipment design, process optimization, and factory expansions.

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on project management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and food processing operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
