As a Technical Lead specializing in Kotlin and java, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development team in the successful execution of projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions using Kotlin and java. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications.2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in kotlin, java, and related technologies.Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in kotlin and java programming languages.2. Strong experience in software development and design principles.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.4. Experience with database management systems and web application development.7.
