Your role and responsibilities

In order to serve our industrial customers in France, in the Oil and Gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and power generation sectors, you will be responsible for the technical solution for the customer in our engineering activities for supervision solutions. The working model for this position is as follows: Linkedin #hybrid You will be responsible for: – You will drive excellence through technical recommendations ensuring that engineering activities are carried out effectively, in line with expectations, specifications, standards and safety requirements, while identifying opportunities for improvement. – You assist the project manager in the technical execution of the project: – Composition of the technical team for the services requested – Drawing up the project schedule – Monitoring project progress (setting up indicators and reporting). – You propose action plans with a view to limiting risks and optimizing project costs. – You supervise the engineers and technicians in charge of the project: – Ensuring proper technical execution throughout the project – Providing technical training to the technical team as required, thanks to your technical expertise. – You assist and coordinate the commissioning and acceptance phases with and/or at the customer’s site. – You write the technical documentation for the project, both for the customer and for internal teams. – In the event of changes to the scope of the project during the execution phase, you will assist the project manager in measuring the impact in terms of costs, deadlines and quality, so as to enable the negotiation of contract amendment(s). – You may be required to solve complex technical problems, remotely or in advance, on customer sites in France, Europe and possibly the rest of the world. – Regular on-call duty You’ll be joining a high-performance team where you can flourish.

Qualifications for the role

• You have proven expertise in automation (PLC / API and DCS)
• You have acquired solid professional experience, at least 10 years, with industrial customers in indus-trial processes.
• You have a very good level of written and spoken English
• You have a strong awareness of working practices that ensure maximum safety
• Customer orientation, pedagogy and diplomacy are important skills for this position
