Join Contraste as a Project Leader.Start date: June 2024Duration: 24 months (with possible extensions)Location: Brussels centrumHomeworking: 2 days/week onsite and teleworking 3 daysYour challengesThe Information Systems (IS) Non-Life Data team, which is responsible for all Non-Life data analytics and reporting solutions and for some division transversal’s projects like GDPR, IFRS Fast Close and contributes also to theDWH migration Project is looking for a senior project leader.The candidate will work within the IT organization on various medium / large projects, with multiple ones in parallel. In his role, he will manage projects, planning, people activities, report to the Business, the IT management, …Proven experience with project leading management in an IT environment with multiple teams is a must. Insurance and/or data DWH knowledge are not required but would be useful.The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context of data centric and data driven company. He/she will join a strong team where he/she can help shape solutions in an always evolving domain covering the data of all the Non-Life Underwriting and Claims applications.We expect the project leader to:

• Organize project governance (stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, communication plan…)
• Manage and challenge business requirements.
• Coordinate architecture activities and outputs
• Set-up project budget and roadmap.
• Follow progress of the developments
• Report on progress, timing, scope, quality and budget to the client and the senior managers.
• Anticipate risks and issues and propose actions to tackle them.
• Communicate pro-actively to all stakeholders of the project.
• Stimulate the project teams

Your profileYour business skills:

• Between 5 to 8 years experience in managing multi teams projects.
• Knowledgeable about business process management, requirements management & engineering
• Knowledge of Insurance and Financial sector
• Knowledge of Datawarehouse principles and architecture
• Between 5 to 8 years experience with MS-office Tools
• Basic’ knowledge about non-functional requirements and software(& hardware) architecture
• Experience on both Agile/scrum and waterfall methodology
• Test management principles
• Master in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Sciences … or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French (one fluent, the second one can be basic)
