To support our growing portfolio of high-impact initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Leader to oversee and drive the success of strategic projects critical to our mission and growth.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with H-Farm’s vision and objectives.
Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and integration across all project phases.
Monitor project performance using key metrics and prepare detailed reports for the CEO and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for innovation and propose initiatives that enhance the strategic value of projects.

Example Projects to Manage:

Implementation of a Philanthropic Gift Scholarship Program: Oversee the design and roll-out of a program enabling talented students to access educational opportunities through donor-funded scholarships.
Strategic Partnerships with Leading Higher Education Institutions: Drive the development of collaborations with renowned universities and educational organizations to strengthen H-Farm’s academic network.
Operational Effectiveness Program: Optimize internal processes and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient project execution across departments.
Digital Innovation in Education: Introduce and integrate new educational technologies to enhance learning experiences for students and staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in project leadership roles, preferably in an international and multicultural context.
Strong understanding of strategic project management principles and methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of educational technologies or innovation ecosystems is a plus.
